Z22 was a prototype justice android. He was searching for the Scarlet Pimpernel. He tried to kill Calisto with a futuristic weapon after apprehending Peri Brown. He was left malfunctioning after travelling through time. He managed to get to England to attack Percy Blakeney. The malfunction caused him to go after anyone calling themselves the pimpernel. He was created to perform justice against Blakeney, or rather Argana, who was responsible for committing genocide on his own race. (AUDIO: Plight of the Pimpernel)
