Number 10 was a nightclub in Clarendon Square. Singer Crystal sang "Strange Attractor" there. The Sixth Doctor and his companion Jason visited the club at the request of Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, where they failed to stop the Cybermen from kidnapping a US Envoy.
