Baps was a café in Cardiff Bay in the 2000s. It was owned by David, whose mother liked the name, and was Kathy's place of work. (AUDIO: Coffee)

Ianto Jones first visited Baps to get a cup of coffee with which to impress Jack Harkness (AUDIO: Coffee; TV: Fragments) and became acquainted with David and Kathy. It was damaged by John Hart's bombs and opened with a new name in 2009 when David began to move on from his mother's death. (AUDIO: Coffee)
