La Bella Donna

From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference

La Bella Donna was a members-only restaurant on Hanway Street.

It was, according to the Sixth Doctor, the best-kept secret in all of West End London. (PROSE: The Quantum Archangel)

He considered their food to be the best Italian cuisine outside of Italy itself, but its reputation was severely guarded. It wasn't featured in the Michelin Guide, Michael Winner's Sunday Times column, or even mentioned by Egon Ronay.

Those who had visited it, though, returned again multiple times for the spectacular food and amazing service, choosing to respect the level of anonymity that the owners wished to maintain. (PROSE: Millennial Rites)
