Taunton

Taunton is the County town of Somerset [source needed] in England.

In 1599, the Doctor mused that the psychic energy he had seen in Elizabethan England would require a generator the size of Taunton. (TV: The Shakespeare Code)

In the late 18th century, a Hauserkinder appeared in a small farming village outside Taunton. Her life was recorded in Foucault's Madness and Civilisation as "Justine's Story". (PROSE: The Book of the War)
