The Metebelis Bar was a seedy watering hole in Solar City, a cosmopolitan city on the planet Galactica Minor. Its clientèle included several species. At one point in its history, most of the bar guests seemed to have grudges against the Seventh Doctor — so much so that they chased a reporter named Miff out of the bar just for admitting he was a friend of the Doctor's.
