Plot

Professor Grey recalls a incident on a stormy Sunday night two weeks ago, where he was awoken at midnight by knocks on his door. After he went back to bed he was awoken at 2am by a voice saying “ljubljána”. He put this down to half-dreams but now isn’t so sure.

Grey reveals Larry Nightingale was among those who reached out about Wester Drumlins. Grey recalls he was disparaging about “living stone” but won’t take such matters so lightly anymore after hearing Larry’s stories.

Professor Grey concludes by revealing that his mother used to call him ljubljána, which is Russian for precious, and that she died many years ago whilst seeking shelter in a storm.
