Notes
- One Enchanted Evening was recorded, with the rest of the anthology, in the latter half of May 2016, alongside Torchwood: Outbreak — over a year before the audio story's eventual 2017 release. (It was performed then because John Barrowman was already in Cardiff, recording for Torchwood.)
- A 10-minute preview extract was made freely available for subscribers of Gay Times, a gay magazine from the UK.
- Katy Manning (who played Mother Nothing in this story) was known well in Doctor Who for playing companion Jo Grant.
Continuity
- Jack met Alonso at the Zaggit Zagoo bar through a note given to him by the Tenth Doctor. (TV: The End of Time)
- Alonso tells Jack that he "hasn't had much luck with captains". He feels guilt concerning the many deaths that occurred during his last post on the Titanic. (TV: Voyage of the Damned)
- Jack feels a lot of guilt over a previous time when he acted as a hero. (TV: Children of Earth: Day Five)
