Liz Shaw was the version of Shaw who lived on the alternate Earth ruled by the Silurians. She worked in the UNIT Complex in England. She was married for two years to James Lester before he died from a head injury. In 1993, the Seventh Doctor helped Shaw build a telepathic emission dampener which could block Chtorba from contacting his people, as well as counteracting the race memory malaise. (PROSE: Blood Heat)
