Biography
In 1999, "Eddie Duggan" was outside a club in Prague, when he stopped to have a long rambling conversation with the Ninth Doctor mostly about early reggae records while standing on a flight of stone steps in a square at 4AM. The Doctor told Eddie that he was a traveller, but Eddie forgot to ask for the Doctor's name at the time.
In March 2005, Eddie wrote about his encounter with the Doctor on the conspiracy website Doctor Who?. (PROSE: Have You Seen This Man?)
