"Eddie Duggan" met the Ninth Doctor in a square in Prague, 1999, at about 4AM after coming out of a club, and talked with him about early reggae records, and Eddie noticed that the Doctor knew "the most bizarre stuff" about them. Eddie later documented this on the Doctor Who? conspiracy website. (PROSE: Have You Seen This Man?)
The Eleventh Doctor wondered who wasn't a fan of reggae. He told Alice Obiefune that he once reprogrammed a Cyberman to say "irie, mon!" over and over. (COMIC: What He Wants...)
