rewboss was the username of a reader of the website Doctor Who?. rewboss didn't believe that the Ninth Doctor was the centre of a conspiracy as he felt the Doctor was a "harmless nutcase".

Biography

In 1989, on the day the Wall fell in Berlin, the Ninth Doctor barged into rewboss and apologised. The Doctor grinned upon recognising rewboss, although rewboss had never met the Doctor before. The Doctor then disappeared into the crowd.

In 1991, in Wolverhampton, rewboss encountered the Doctor and said hello, mentioning the previous time they met in Berlin, but the Doctor didn't remember. rewboss believed the Doctor had merely forgotten him in the couple of years that had passed.

In March 2005, rewboss wrote about his encounter with the Ninth Doctor on the conspiracy website Doctor Who? run by Clive Finch, where he dismissed Clive's belief that the Doctor was at the centre of a conspiracy. (PROSE: Have You Seen This Man?)

Behind the scenes

The implicit narrative of rewboss's encounters with the Doctor is that they met out of sync, not unlike River Song's out-of-order adventures with the Doctor.
