Career

Martin's acting career dates back to the early 1980s, almost entirely consisting of voice acting roles. He made his stage debut at the age of eighteen, on a West End production of Jesus Christ Superstar. Martin is also a singer, having released six singles and once recorded backing vocals with Queen.

He had a recurring role as Pie Face in Dennis the Menace. He also worked on Mr. Bean: The Animated Series with Rowan Atkinson, The Likeaballs, Legend of the Dragon and Prisoner Zero. File:Captain Aquafresh's Sugar Kicking Karate He's long been a popular candidate for voiceover on film trailers. For example, he was the voice of J.K. Rowling's Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them trailer campaign. Gary Martin is also the universal voice of "Captain Aquafresh", Aquafresh's superhero mascot.
