Pauline Fowler was, according to different accounts, either a character on EastEnders, (PROSE: The Monsters Inside) or a real individual who lived on Albert Square in Walford. (TV: Dimensions in Time)
In 1973, the real Pauline was chatting with her sister-in-law Kathy when Susan met the Sixth Doctor outside the Queen Vic pub. 40 years later, the two ladies met the Third Doctor and Melanie Bush. (TV: Dimensions in Time)
In the video game Happy Deathday, played by Izzy Sinclair on the Time-Space Visualiser, Pauline reacted with displeasure when she witnessed the Third and Fifth Doctors battling Sontarans on Albert Square.

Behind the scenes
