Senator Lazlee Flowers worked in the SCAT-house on Justice Prime in the year 2501, where she ran a gravity research workshop. She believed her work with Justicia was benefitting humankind. When the Ninth Doctor and Rose Tyler uncovered that the prison had been overtaken by the Blathereen family and thwarted their plot, Lazlee was left in charge of rebuilding the facility.
