Jacob Marley

Jacob Marley (PROSE: Bay of the Dead, TV: The Unquiet Dead) was a ghostly character from Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol. At one point in the story, the face of Marley appeared to Scrooge in the knocker of a door. (TV: The Unquiet Dead)

Rhys Williams compared a deranged and phantom-like old man, whom he met in an alley near Callaghan Square, to Jacob Marley. (PROSE: Bay of the Dead)
