When the army of Cybermen became impossible to eradicate through direct combat, the planet was destroyed under the orders of Porridge, the chess-playing dwarf, who was the Emperor in disguise. Through voice-command, he armed a bomb to implode the planet housing Hedgewick's World of Wonders.
