History

On Christmas Eve 2023, Mrs Flood was outside her home when she accused her neighbor Abdul of placing a blue box on the street. Ruby passed 4 Minto Road when she returned home from the shops.

Later, Mrs Flood, evidently having been to thr shops herself, dropped her bags when she saw the blue box vanish into thin air when returning home.

Mrs Flood was again outside her home when the Fifteenth Doctor returned to 2023, waving to the Doctor before he left again. Upon returning again, she and the Doctor spoke. Soon after, when Ruby Sunday began searching for the Doctor, Mrs Flood was sitting outside her home and indicated with a movement of her head to the location of the Doctor. Seemingly gaining the knowledge following the Doctor's fixing of time, Mrs Flood acknowledged the audience and spoke about the TARDIS.
