Fiona Dickens was the President of the Earth Empire in 2608 and the mother of Howard. She believed everyone belonged to her. After the Draconians destroyed their creator, she went to kill her real self and destroy the empire. She then killed her clone son as propaganda to make humanity think aliens were infectious.
