Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]

In 2323, Dr Olivia Kagg Waldermein wrote of the "2005-2009 Davies-Gardner account" of the "Last Lightbringer", stating that it "ha[d] been steadily leaking credibility since it was linked to the contents of a well-known conspiracy site of the embryonic Internet, operated between 2005 and 2007 by a small cabal of disreputable characters." She did admit, however, that this material attracted great attention from Meta-Historians in the aftermath of the Seventeen Years Invasion. In 4041, the president became under the mental influence of the Klytode. They forced the president to put the Klytode androids in positions to destroy the Earth's weather control systems. However, the Tenth Doctor visited the Oval Office shortly before the Klytode's plans could come to fruition and released the president from the Klyton's influence. Behind the scenes[[edit] | [edit source]]

  • Russell T Davies was first referenced in several short stories printed in the 2005 book Monsters and Villains, and his first full appearance was in the 2010 comic strip Return of the Klytode [+]Loading...["Return of the Klytode (comic story)"], albeit as an unnamed future President of Earth.
  • Among the Tenth Doctor's final remarks to the president in Return of the Klytode was that he was "sure [they]'ll meet again one day". This turned out to be serendipitous, in the long run, as thirteen years after the comic's publishing, Russell T Davies would in fact return as executive producer of Doctor Who, alongside David Tennant portraying a new incarnation of the Doctor.
