Summary[[edit] | [edit source]]
The Second Doctor lands on an unknown world dominated by an opulent palace. Within seconds he is captured and brought before the palace's principal resident, Heinrich Karl. The world's wealthiest man, Karl is bored with his comfortable existence and desperately seeks amusement. He gives the Doctor an odd vehicle, then sends his servant, James, in pursuit — with a scimitar.
