The Oncoming Storm was the first story in the first volume of The Churchill Years audio series. It featured the Ninth Doctor.

The Bad Wolf entity has a remarkably similar reaction to her own powers after Rose Tyler absorbs the energy of the time vortex, with the Doctor commenting that he sees everything the same way, and that it's maddening. - Hetty, under the influence of the stone, understands that the Doctor was trying to keep the RATS away from the stone for their own safety and protection.
