The Worlds of Doctor Who - Special Releases were stories specially released by Big Finish that didn't feature the Doctor as the main character. It comprises several other ranges without a regular release schedule, as well some celebratory anthologies.

The Lone Centurion - Adventures of the Auton version of Rory Williams set during the 2,000 years he guarded the Pandorica in an alternative timeline in The Big Bang.
Master! - Exploits of the Bruce Master, as played by Eric Roberts in the 1996 TV Movie.
Rani Takes on the World - Adventures of Rani Chandra as an adult.
Susan's War - Susan's involvement in the Last Great Time War.
