During the Age of the Pythias, Tersurus was part of the Gallifreyan Empire, with Tersurons sometimes brought back to Gallifrey as servants. (PROSE: Cat's Cradle: Time's Crucible) During the purge of Pythia's Temple, the Other told Susan Foreman to go to Tersurus to be safe from the violence erupting on Gallifrey, but she was unable to due to the Capitol's spacedrome being destroyed. (PROSE: Lungbarrow)
The Memeovore came to Tersurus during the War in Heaven and consumed the Tersurans' forms of communication, so they had to evolve other, more tenuous forms (PROSE: The Taking of Planet 5) using farting. (TV: The Curse of Fatal Death)
When the Master travelled with Susan Foreman in his TARDIS to Tersurus, it was a lifeless planet with barely anything but rocks and lichen. Susan attacked the Master and left him to die there.
