Intra-Venus, Inc., also known as the Intra-Venus Corporation, (COMIC: Abel's Story) IntraVenus, (COMIC: Abel's Story, PROSE: Prime Time) or the Dogbolter Corporation, (COMIC: The Keep) was an intergalactic corporation owned by Josiah W. Dogbolter which controlled Venus, Mars, Jupiter and several worlds beyond the solar system with its extraordinary wealth. (COMIC: The Moderator) In the 82nd century it was the largest private corporation in the known universe. (COMIC: Time Bomb!)

The Corporation controlled 43 companies, (COMIC: A Life of Matter and Death) including the Corundum Mining Company, Warworld Investments, Cybernetics International, and Martian Munitions. (COMIC: The Moderator)

Products made by Intra-Venus Inc included Wrekkas, (COMIC: The Moderator) Wotches, (COMIC: Abel's Story) and snatch teleporters. (COMIC: The Keep)

History[[edit] | [edit source]]

Berakka Dogbolter believed that her father built Intra-Venus "out of blood, sweat, and fear", (COMIC: The Stockbridge Showdown) although another account indicated the Corporation was origin-less, as Josiah W. Dogbolter "had no time for origins. All he had time for was money." (COMIC: The Moderator)

When the Fifth Doctor and Angus Goodman visited the Intra-Venus-owned world Celeste, Dogbolter learned of the Doctor's TARDIS and, thinking that "time equals money" and therefore a time machine would create money for him, he used Corporation resources to hire the Moderator to locate it for him. The Moderator killed Goodman but failed to steal the TARDIS, so Dogbolter had him killed too. (COMIC: The Moderator) Dogbolter then offered a quarter of a million mazumas as a reward for the Doctor. Frobisher intended to collect the money, but instead befriended the Sixth Doctor. They stole the money from Intra-Venus HQ and escaped. (COMIC: The Shape Shifter) The Doctor later donated the Mazumas to the Zyglot trust, leaving a note saying the fortune was "courtesy of Intra-Venus Inc." (COMIC: Polly the Glot)

IntraVenus funded Abel Gantz's factory on Triskaa which converted common metals to gold, uranium, and platinum. (COMIC: Abel's Story)

IntraVenus had a television network which Greg Ashby and Eeji Tek reported for. While reporting on Blinni-Gaar, the Seventh Doctor and Ace recommended the two get jobs somewhere else, which angered Dogbolter. (PROSE: Prime Time)

Intra-Venus Inc developed the Dogbolter Temporal Rocket, promising to end the Time Lords' monopolisation of time and to give unlimited potential for personal time travel to their shareholders. Dogbolter employed Death's Head to hunt the Seventh Doctor through time using the prototype, but planned to destroy both with a nuclear weapon built into the device. Working together, Death's Head and the Doctor removed the bomb and left it on the roof of Intra-Venus HQ. Dogbolter and Hob fled to the secure sub-basement. Held up in the elevator, Dogbolter found his passcard with seconds to spare but both were caught in the blast. (COMIC: Time Bomb!) Dogbolter was thought to be killed at this time. (COMIC: The Incomplete Death's Head)

Majenta Pryce blackmailed the company's major shareholders into selling their shares to her for a fraction of their value, and became the new CEO when, as part of the Twelfth Doctor's plot to bring Dogbolter down, Dogbolter was caught on camera confessing to murder and subsequently arrested. (COMIC: The Stockbridge Showdown) A new Dogbolter business empire was later founded by Berakka Dogbolter, the Freedom Thoughtcasting Network. (COMIC: The Warmonger)

The Doctor's meddling in Intra-Venus Inc's affairs was mentioned by a simulation of Josiah W. Dogbolter from the TARDIS data bank created during a vortex parasite's attack on the Eighth Doctor's TARDIS. (COMIC: A Life of Matter and Death)
