Tulpa was the third and final standalone story of Doctor Who: The Road to the Thirteenth Doctor, published in 2018.
Summary
Summoned by Kate Stewart, the Doctor and Bill head to London only to find it in the middle of a phase-shift. The pair are attacked by a giant flying beast but are saved by Kate and UNIT who blow the creature up.

Notes
- During the earlier parts of this story the Doctor utilises his second sonic screwdriver. However in some later panels he also appears to use a variation of his first sonic screwdriver, but in the colour scheme of his second sonic screwdriver.
