Is There Life on Mars? (also known as The Waters of Mars Confidential on the DVD) was the episode of Doctor Who Confidential broadcast in conjunction with The Waters of Mars.
The title is a reference to the 1971 David Bowie song "Life on Mars?". A reference to the singer is also in the episode.
