Starting out as the SS Lucia Minor's emergency life support system, she was downloaded into the Thirteenth Doctor's sonic screwdriver and then eventually placed into a body to travel with the Tenth Doctor. Emer was originally the SS Lucia Minor's emergency life support system. When the Zlysters attacked the ship and killed most of the crew, she couldn't handle the loss and adopted the personality of a crew member, forgetting she was ever artificial. (GAME: The Edge of Time)
Meeting the Doctor[[edit] | [edit source]]
When a human was recruited by the Thirteenth Doctor to deal with the Reality Virus, they landed on the Lucia Minor and assisted them in the mission to defeat the First. She was transferred into a synthetic body. (GAME: The Edge of Time)

Emer was able retain memories of the human as in further loops she'd be aware of having met before.
