Justice Alpha was a prison planet, and the first planet in the Justicia system. It orbited its three suns at a distance of almost exactly 100 million miles. It had a green sky with soft, olive soil, large muddy plateaux, and lower gravity than Earth. (PROSE: The Monsters Inside)

In 2501, Rose Tyler and the Ninth Doctor arrived on the planet, not knowing it was part of an active prison system. It was the first alien world Rose had ever seen.
