Justicia was a private company which, after striking a deal with EarthGov in the 24th century, oversaw the incarceration of all prisoners from Earth Empire. They were based on the star system of the same name, with all six of the system's planets being working parts of the prison. By 2501, Justicia had been infiltrated and overtaken by the Blathereen family. (PROSE: The Monsters Inside)
