Fadros Pallujikaa was the leader of the Halvinor Tribe of Sycorax . He led an asteroid ship to Earth in 2006. They tried to invade the planet using blood control.

Appearance

Fadros Pallujikaa wore red robes of leadership, as well as trophies of his victories. This included a blood mane from his first kill, claws from his pet razorback and a Judoon-skin belt. (REF: Doctor Who: The Visual Dictionary) He also wore a rib from his wife, Haxan Craw, as a marriage bondage. (DWM: The Widow's Curse)

Biography

Fadros Pallujikaa worked his way to the top of the Halvinor Tribe over two hundred fifty years, winning various trials of strength and combat. (REF: Doctor Who: The Visual Dictionary) In 2006 he led the Tribe into Earth's airspace above London, specifically Powell Estate. He saw through Rose Tyler's subterfuge when she claimed to have the authority to order the invaders to depart.

Fadros Pallujikaa duels with the Tenth Doctor (DW: The Christmas Invasion)

He duelled with the newly-regenerated Doctor and cut off his hand which, owing to the after-effects of regeneration, grew back. This allowed the Doctor to defeat him. When the Doctor's back was turned, the leader tried again to kill him again but the Doctor used a satsuma from his borrowed dressing gown to hit a button which sent the leader falling to his death. (DW: The Christmas Invasion)

Later his fight was watched by Hax, who wanted revenge on the Doctor for his death. (DWM: The Widow's Curse)

Behind the scenes

  • On-screen credit for the character lists him as "Sycorax Leader".
  • Fadros Pallujikaa says his name in The Christmas Invasion, in a Sycoraxic line that translated into English as "Now will the tribal leader step forward". This may mean Fadros Pallujikaa was a title, not a name.
