Tom's Bakery was a bakery that appeared in a fictional representation of San Francisco circa 1941 in a Dixon Hill holodeck program. It sat on 4th Street. (COMIC: Assimilation²)

"Tom's Bakery" is, of course, named after Tom Baker, the actor who played the Fourth Doctor.
