Bernard Moskof was a Fifth Axis agent who was in a relationship with Clarissa Jones during the Axis' occupation of the Braxiatel Collection. He was in the criminal investigation unit, and tortured Bev Tarrant. He then betrayed Clarissa when Adrian Wall and Bev came to execute him. (AUDIO: Death and the Daleks)
