Luke was one of Bernice Summerfield's students at the Braxiatel Collection. He was studying Applied History.
When the Fifth Axis occupied the Collection, Luke joined the resistance. He wanted Benny to find out information about Oliver Norman's death at the hands of Axis soldiers. Luke held a birthday party for Oliver. (PROSE: The Birthday Party)
