The Dark Times Times was a newspaper reporting on the developments in the Dark Times which followed three incarnations of the Doctor getting involved in the conflict between the Bringers of Death and the rest of the universe.
River Song, under her alia of Melody Malone, served as its editor, with her wife the Thirteenth Doctor authoring a brief introduction. River's information on the Dark Times came in part from the Doctor's recollection and in part from her theft of the Black Scrolls of Rassilon from Gallifrey.
