Toby Entwhistle was a member of the Fellows Club. He didn't like the fact that his friends were getting married. He reluctantly employed the Ninth Doctor as his valet. He took him to the Fellows Club as it was easier to defend. He found Phil attractive when dressed as a man. He eventually knew the truth that Phil was a woman and married her, and was delighted with her still presenting in a masculine gender expression, as he was more attracted to men.
