Earth-238, also known as the Crooked World, was the home universe of Captain U.K..

As a result of James Jaspers's call for superhero legislation, super-powered individuals such as Captain America and Spider-Man were placed in death camps. Captain U.K. escaped this universe, then saw the same speech that Jaspers had given in her universe being given by the Jaspers of Earth-616, leading her to explain what had happened in her universe to Captain Britain.
