Members of the X-Men attended a school held by Professor Xavier. When Kitty Pryde joined the school, she was photographed with Xavier, and at a later point, team shots were taken of the full team.
Kitty recalled this while mourning the X-Men, several members of whom had recently been slain. (COMIC: The Sword is Drawn)
