A Cyber-Leader (TV: The Next Doctor [+]Loading...["The Next Doctor (TV story)"]) known by one account as a Cyber-Lord (GAME: Worlds Apart [+]Loading...["Worlds Apart (video game)"]) was the commander of the Cybermen.

The Cyber-Lord had a cyber-suit similar to standard Cybermen. His cyber-helmet, however, had black handle bars, a black face plate and a transparent "window" through which his brain could be seen, (TV: The Next Doctor) similar to the Cyber-Controller.
