The Tempus Fugit was a restaurant on Pella Satyrnis owned by the Fifth Doctor. The Doctor created it in order to attract Alexhendri Lassiter's attention. When he was finally rescued, the Doctor gave ownership of the restaurant to his assistant manager, Raphael.
