Lend-a-Hand was an organisation created by Igrix to change the world in the early 1960s. Igrix placed Mr Love as the "head" of the company.
History
In the early 1960s, Igrix sent his girls to follow Peter Cobb, who was conducting experiments that would disrupt Igrix's work. The girls eventually killed Cobb, leading Peter's husband Charlotte with a vendetta against Lend-a-Hand girls.
In 1966, Igrix sent his girls to kill Charlotte and the Ninth Doctor, who had just arrived and began to wise up to their plans. Rose Tyler and Shirley Gilbert came for an interview at the Lend-a-Hand headquarters, where they saw what truly happened to the girls and fled the building.
Later, after every girl was infected with the human virus, the genetically-grown ones disintegrated and the hypnotized girls came back to their normal selves. (COMIC: The Love Invasion)
