Supreme Controller was a Controller rank held by certain Daleks.
History
The title of Supreme Controller was held by a Black Dalek managing the Bedfordshire operation. (TV: The Dalek Invasion of Earth) It also held the rank of Dalek Supreme. (PROSE: Doctor Who and the Dalek Invasion of Earth)
