Cyber

Cyber was slang for cybernetic lifeforms such as CCPCs, refered to as such by Harry Pike, and the Cybermen, refered to once by the Tenth Doctor. (TV: Rise of the Cybermen)

As a prefix

Cybermen were typically led by Cyber-Leaders, (TV: Earthshock et al.) who were themselves subordinate to by Cyber-Controllers and Cyber-Planners. (TV: Attack of the Cybermen, GAME: The Eternity Clock)

Cyber-conversion was the process in which other lifeforms were transformed into Cybermen. (AUDIO: Real Time) Cyber-pollen could be used to facilitate cyber-conversion. (TV: Death in Heaven)

Cybermats were small cyborgs created by the Cybermen. (TV: The Tomb of the Cybermen) Later, the Cybermen used cybermites. (TV: Nightmare in Silver)
