Junior Cyber-Leader, or simply Junior Leader was a rank in the Cyberman hierarchy. Junior Leaders commanded the individual units of Cyber-Army. As part of the Major Phalanx, they assisted Leaders, who in turn assisted the commanding Senior Leaders, who answered only to the Cyber-Controller. (PROSE: Attack of the Cybermen)
