The Autopsy Room was a room within the Torchwood Hub, set to one side of the main Hub area. As the name suggested, autopsies were performed here. (TV: Dead Man Walking)

After he was stabbed to death, Rhys Williams' corpse was placed on the autopsy table. When the Torchwood Three team opened the Cardiff Space-Time Rift against the warning of Jack Harkness, Rhys' body disappeared. Following Abaddon's death, Rhys appeared alive and well with no memory of his murder. (TV: End of Days)

Martha Jones was to perform Owen Harper's autopsy in this room but was interrupted by Jack Harkness, who used the resurrection gauntlet to bring Owen partially back to life. (TV: Dead Man Walking)

After being knocked unconscious while zombie-hunting in Trowbridge, Jack awoke on the autopsy table, covered in his own congealing blood. Hearing a scream, he scrambled to his feet and followed it to the Boardroom in the depths of the Hub. (PROSE: Bay of the Dead)
