Trowbridge was an area in Cardiff. It was an area of tight suburban streets and public housing. By 2009, the area was undergoing something of a "facelift", with a series of new-build construction projects.
While driving his pregnant wife through Trowbridge en route to St Helen's Hospital, Trystan Thomas stopped for a quartet of figures crouched over a body in the road. These zombies attacked Trystan, leaving his wife, Sarah, stranded in their Passat. Jack Harkness and Ianto Jones were zombie hunting in Trowbridge when they came across the couple.
