Synopsis

The Daleks invade the Archive of Islos - but will its guardians surrender?

Plot

The Daleks attack the planet Islos to take over the Archive, led by the Emperor, Executioner and Prime Strategist. The Archivians refuse to surrender the Archive even as the Daleks destroy the bunkers of their creators.

When the Daleks threaten to destroy the Archive, the Chief Archivian finally agrees to hand it over to the Daleks.

The Daleks disembark at the Archive building and the Emperor, Strategist and Executioner go inside. Inside, they only discover a robotic library interface and empty data shelves. The Executioner exterminates all the Archivians except the Chief. The Chief tells the Daleks that they found an ancient race in the Archive, which opened the portal to Islos and saved the inhabitants and the Archive’s information, in exchange for the Daleks. The Daleks in the Archive are attacked by an entity that emerges through the portal.
