Degrees of Truth is a Short Trips story exclusive to the audio version of the printed anthology Short Trips. The story was later re-issued as part of Tales from the TARDIS: Volume One.

This story deals with the death of Private Carver, a formerly unnamed UNIT soldier who was killed during the events of The Dæmons.
