Andrew Bossom, also going by the username rewboss on many social media platforms, is a YouTuber who makes content about the history, culture and people of Germany. On 26 March 2005,[1] he wrote one of the 138 successful submissions that made up Have You Seen This Man?, a story on the BBC's Who is Doctor Who? tie-in website, which let fans submit their fictional "sightings" of the Doctor.
While he didn't use his real name, he used his identifiable username which he also used on his Twitter, YouTube account, and personal website. In his entry, "rewboss" wrote about two encounters with the Ninth Doctor in Berlin 1989 and Wolverhampton 1991, where he and the Doctor met each other out of sync, a plot device later used by writer Steven Moffat with both Sally Sparrow and River Song.[2]
