Think Before You Sonic! was a game published on The Sarah Jane Adventures website, in the series The Sarah Jane Academy.
You play as Rani Chandra in Chapters 1 and 2, Sky Smith in Chapter 3, Clyde Langer in Chapter 4 and a Skullion in Chapter 5. You must escape in the TARDIS by unlocking doors and avoiding enemies. To do this, you will need a sonic screwdriver or a sonic lipstick.

Chapter 1 - Basic Training[[edit] | [edit source]]
- Level 1: Move left, then right, and jump to the TARDIS.
- Level 2: Use the sonic tool to draw a path across the gap.
- Level 3: Collect energy to charge your sonic tool.
- Level 4: Collect keys to open/close doors.
- Level 5: Watch out for lasers!
- Level 6: (Blathereen) Draw a line to block the Blathereen's attacks.
- Level 7: Leap of faith!

The bonus level can be played when a code is added to the safe. The players receive the code after completing the whole game. The player plays a Skullion in the bonus level.

- Sonic screwdriver - The Eleventh Doctor's sonic tool, draws paths to cover gaps and take enemy fire.
- Sonic lipstick - Sarah Jane's sonic tool, draws paths to cover gaps and take enemy fire.
- Sonic Energy - Recharges the sonic tools.
- Coloured keys - Unlocks their equivalent doors.
- Yellow (Star)
- Blue (Diamond)
- Green (Triangle)
- Pink (Circle)

- Laser fences - Use the sonic tool to cover the lasers.
- The Doctor's TARDIS - Enter the TARDIS to complete the level.
- Laser balls - can destroy sonic beams. Used by Blathereen, Uvodni, Judoon, Sontaran, The Krulius and Metalkind.
- Water falls - Burns Skullions. Shot in ball form by John Harrison. Can destroy sonic beams.
- Fish - can destroy sonic beams. Shot by Hetocumtek.

- It is a regular platform game, you can move right, left and jump with the arrow keys. You can also draw additional platforms using the mouse when the sonic tool is reloaded with energy.

- As the game is Series 4-Series 5 era, the type of sonic screwdriver used is that used by the Eleventh Doctor.
